The inventory management program will allow you to track your consumption of repair parts. This is accomplished by scanning your repair parts out of inventory prior to going to the floor. Any parts that were not needed to complete the repair are returned to inventory via the scanner. The scanners perform in a batch environment (not RF/802.11) so no security issues are compromised.
This enables the user to maintain accurate inventory records of all items electronically and also provides the ability to provide history, on hand reports by item, category, location and much more.
In addition you are able to create a re-order list to be able to advise purchasing of any products that have fallen in on hand quantity below the reorder level point. This re-order list can then be emailed directly to purchasing.
This program is networkable up to 5 concurrent users and the scanner does not count against the user license. Additional licenses can be purchased where needed.
Traker Systems products provide multiple levels of security with password protection for both the programs and the scanners and each transaction is uniquely coded, time and date stamped with the user ID sign on.
